No problem, just pack it up and send it back to us within 7 days of receipt where a full refund will be given (except delivery charges).

Want to change your size?

Does the shoe feel too big or small for you? Just make another order for the size you want while you return the other shoe with an exchange form and your account will be credited as soon as the shoe is received. (terms apply)

How long do i have to wait until i get my new shoes?

We try our best to despatch goods as soon as possible, most shoes that are in our clearance section are dispatched next-day, however for all the other collections we have, the shoes are made-to-order so we do ask to give us 14 days at least.
