I don’t like the shoes I ordered - No problem, just pack it up and send it back to us within 7 days of receipt where a full refund will be given (except delivery charges).

I want to change my size - Does the shoe feel too big or small for you? Just make another order for the size you want while you return the other shoe with an exchange form and your account will be credited as soon as the shoe is received. (Shoes must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as received)

How long do I have to wait until i get my new shoes - We try our best to dispatch goods as soon as possible. Most shoes are dispatched next-day, however we do ask that you give us 14 days especially for larger sizes.

I want to cancel my order - If you wish to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of the order being made.
